Every man and his dog knows someone whose 12 year old cousin can create them a website, but unfortunately what most amateur web designers (and clients!) fail to realise is that web design is more than just creating a pretty template to stick your company details on.

I’ve decided to (re)share my 9/11 experience on the 10th anniversary.
